Solution:
Build segregated cycle lane

141714Photo #141714C34 ends here without proper connections to any other routes. Ideally needs a direct route over into Ladbroke Grove area.

As awkward route to join Q2 from here on busy road and same with road into Shepherd's Bush.

131029Photo #131029Very dangerous junction for cyclists as they rejoin the road from the cycle path on the pavement just before they approach the busy junction with Carnwath Rd. Many cars turning left into Carnwath Rd that do not give way to cyclists going straight on, cutting them up. A road sign to remind cars to give way to cyclists as the rejoin the road and to give way to cyclists going straight over the junction.Cycleway:

128926Photo #128926Very dangerous for bikes here. There is a painted cycle lane but lorries drive into it. Segregated bike lane with a curb and an advanced stop line would transform this junction.Cycleway:

128054Photo #128054This is the direct route between West Kensington and Earl’s Court but no safe cycle route. Sharing heavy, fast-moving traffic on a 3 lane urban ‘motorway’ or illegally cycling on the footpath are the two direct options. Alternative routes over the railway lines are long detours north to Hammersmith Road / High St Ken or south to Lillie are/Brompton Rd, neither of which are safe.Cycleway:

127341Photo #127341It is impossible for pedestrians and residents to keep 2m apart social distancing in Harwood Terrace SW6. LBHF council should carry out the following works:

1) To install proper signages and formal structures in HT to permanently close the road for any motor vehicles except for emergency services.

2) To introduce cycling lanes at the middle of the road with appropriate signages and marks.

3) To widen the footways along the length of HT by using cones and barriers, for pedestrians to keep the social distancing.

119301Photo #119301Scrubs Lane. As major road that connects Harlesden to Westfield, major office blocks and the general Shepherd’s Bush area, it would be great to see major improvements of the bike lane. In parts the bike lane is decent, in others it disappears and makes it very dangerous to cycle especially as it’s access for HGV’s to the industrial site along Scrubs Lane. I understand the majority of this section is in Hammersmith and Fulham but the route could start in Harlesden and give great access to work and shopping for many in Brent.Cycleway:

101670Photo #101670At the moment there are no bike stands at Shorrolds Road and many residents have to chain their bikes to street signs, which is not the safest solution. My bike got stolen recently with all the locks by damaging and removing the top of the street sign, and sliding the bike up through the pole of the street sign. I am planning to buy a new bike now, but I can't afford keeping it at home overnight and most secure parking locations are further away (most insurers require that a bike is not left unattended for more than 12h). A secure bike shelter on our street or nearby would be the best solution, but we would be grateful for anything better than street signs. Thank you.Cycle parking:
